Exciting News: We’re moving to Orlando!

We are moving to Orlando, Florida to plant a Freeway! We will be partnered with a local church and we feel extremely excited about what God can do through this next venture. We hope to be moving in the next 6 months, spending some time on the road to raise the rest of our funding needs.

The Need

Each time we visited Orlando, we were met with a huge need for discipleship-based recovery. The people are hurting, broken, lost, and can see no way out of this cycle.

“'The Changing Overdose Crisis in Central Florida' report, which shows overdose deaths across the state are up 190% since 2015 and continue to have a crippling impact on Central Florida in particular. Project Opioid said overdose deaths are up 25% in Central Florida, with Orange, Osceola and Seminole counties having the highest overdose rates in the state."

The Plan

Freeway Orlando is set to launch in 2023! We will provide free meals, free clothing, free transportation, worship, and a gospel message every week. We have plans to open a men’s discipleship house soon after the launch of our weekly services! We will work diligently to make partnerships with the local law enforcement and parole offices. We will also invite local businesses to partner with us through donations and service projects.

How You Can Help

There are two ways that you can support us as we prepare to serve the unreached in Orlando. The first is through prayer. Some of our prayer requests include:

  • Traveling and raising support for the next few month

  • Our move to Florida : Housing, travel, expenses etc.

  • Partnerships with local law enforcement, probation and parole of Orlando

  • God would prepare the hearts of future volunteers and leaders

  • God would prepare the hearts of those we will reach
